Melrose Market Studios is over 5,000 square feet and provides a great mix of character and flexibility for any event. Included as part of your rental are the chairs and tables, dimmable lighting, plenty of power, central sound system, and forced-air heating and air conditioning. You arrange the food and beverage from our pre-selected list of high-quality caterers. The space is a functional blank slate from which you can decorate to meet the needs of your specific event.
The space is available for rent both during the day and night. Current full-day pricing is as follows:
